In addition to all the necessary information, please also include the patient&#8217;s telephone number, your telephone number, or e-mail address, as this will shorten the time required for scheduling and\/or sending the results.<\/li><li>Send the patient with the completed request form (or just the completed request form) to our facility, where they will be scheduled and instructed on the next steps of the examination.<\/li><li>In the case of an urgent examination, these can be performed within a few hours after a telephone consultation with the facility&#8217;s doctor.<br \/>There are almost no contraindications for nuclear medicine examinations, generally only pregnancy and lactation. We examine patients of all ages.<\/li><li>If a patient is unable to attend the examination on the scheduled date, we ask you to cancel the examination by telephone well in advance, approximately 1-2 days before the scheduled examination.
